Cancellation Policy
Mobile Spray Tans by Abby welcomes you to experience the convenience and luxury of our mobile spray tanning services, directly brought to your preferred location in Denver, CO, and surrounding areas. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review our policies regarding bookings and cancellations. Booking Policy Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform or by contacting us directly at mobilespraytansbyabby@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @mobilespraytansbyabby. We recommend booking your spray tan at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy. Preparation: We will provide you with pre-tan preparation instructions. For optimal results, please follow these guidelines closely. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Flexibility: We understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointments up to 1 hour before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling attempts made less than 1 hour before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Clients who fail to cancel and do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
